Challenges

Tri Petch Isuzu, a significant player in the automotive industry in Thailand, aimed to enhance its operational efficiency, customer services, and overall business performance. One of the challenges was the migration of their Mirai business operation platform, which run on 130 VM servers in their own data centers, to improve performance, reduce costs and enhance network performances.

Solutions

The solution involved migrating all Mirai systems to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. This migration project includes delivering consulting, planning, implementation, and migration services.

About the customer

Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd. Is a sole distributor of trucks, buses and automobiles of all types manufactured by Isuzu, as well as spare parts and repair service, with over 340 dealers, showrooms and service center throughout Thailand and the distributor of Isuzu light commercial vehicles in Laos and Cambodia since 2016.

Fujitsu and Microsoft perceive Tri Petch Isuzu's real purpose to realize the new environment and coordinate best solution always for them with latest technology of Microsoft architecture. MiRai is the core of Tri Petch Isuzu's business operation. To help the company unlock all its potential, we migrated this platform to Microsoft Azure. Now, Tri Petch Isuzu has improved operation, promotion and customer service while reducing costs.
