Drive Success with Digital Transformation

Challenges

Tri Petch Isuzu, a significant player in the automotive industry in Thailand, aimed to enhance its operational efficiency, customer services, and overall business performance. They recognized the need to embark on a digital transformation journey to elevate their services and optimize their systems. One of the challenges was the migration of their Mirai business operation platform, which run on 130 VM servers in their own data centers, to improve performance, reduce costs and enhance network performances.

Solutions

The solution involved migrating all Mirai systems to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. This migration project includes delivering consulting, planning, implementation, and migration services.

Outcomes

  • Migrating to Microsoft Azure led to optimization, reducing the number of servers and enhancing performance while cutting investment costs.
  • The migration project, which initially seemed extensive, was efficiently executed and completed in just 4 months.
  • The migration project placed the foundation for improved services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Network Performance is also the main consideration of the project which helps to reduce the operation support time and increase productivity.
